Jordan and Jansen were both extremely helpful and professional. The work was great! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Frank Scalmanini was amazing. He was very thorough in doing his inspection and providing input as to recommended services. He also was able to take into consideration some of the things that I considered having done such as the RO system and water softener. He also addressed the consideration of repiping and worked to get some quotes that were very reasonable. I will be deciding over the next few days which way to go and getting in touch with Black Diamond to get the work done. The entire project is probably a little more than I want to do, but I'm sure that there are parts of it that I want to get done and really appreciated Frank's efforts and knowledge and expertise in putting this together for me. Thank you very much for sending him out to my house.

Black Diamond expertly handled the electrical for the addition of an outdoor sauna to our backyard. I couldn't be more pleased with the prompt service, professional installation, and care the team took.

Landon visited our home to check on our furnace via the diamond Service Plan. He was polite, personable, knowledgeable, and respectful. He took time to explain and go over findings and offers. He was not pushy and he let us know he was there to serve us. We would not hesitate to have him return to our home in the future. Thanks, Landon!

I had a major issue with leaky pipes and a broken toilet. I called Black Diamond and am very glad that I did. The technician, Austin, was so knowledgeable and very clear with his explanation as to what was wrong and gave me several options to fix the issues. Once that was decided he went to work and finished the job in1 day. I am very happy with the results. Austin explained and showed me exactly what he did and explained everything in a way that even this 70 ish year old could understand. I highly recommend Black Diamond and Austin for any plumbing needs you may have.
