Daniel was AMAZING! All of the techs from Black Diamond are great but Daniel was the most thorough and efficient tech I’ve ever had work on my home. I was anxious I wouldn’t be able to get my furnace running but he came up with a few options for me to get me through the season which nobody else has ever been able to do for me before. Before he left my house I had to peek at his name tag so that I could make sure I could request him again next time!

Edit: Daniel came out again to complete the quote I selected and went so incredibly above and beyond to make sure I would have heat by the time it got cold and got my furnace to the best place it’s been in years. I’ve never had anyone give me any other options other than replacing it entirely and I was so grateful he was willing to put in the extra work to get it runnng

Burnt electrical smell in kitchen made me very nervous. Thanks for the prompt response and knowledgeable technician to restore peace of mind and assure the safety of my family. I'll sleep better tonight!

Love Black Diamond Experts, have been using for years. Recently had electrician AUSTIN come out to work on what turned out to be more complex wiring issues for outdoor outlets and more. He handled the hurdles thrown his way with professionalism and attention to detail and made sure we were happy with the end result. Thanks Austin!

We worked with Ricky today to do an HVAC check. We had great service and he was quick and efficient. We had a quick resolution to a worn out part and feeling good about the season ahead. We have always had a great experience with black diamond
