Dan is an outstanding representative of your company and in my 73 years on the planet, I have experienced many HVAC techs, so this is saying a lot!

Our air conditioner went out and when I got a hold of Black Diamond they set an appointment that day on a Sunday mind you and the technician was out within an hour. The technician, Dylan, was very nice and knowledgeable and had us up and running within 30 min.

Daren fixed my disposal pretty quickly, showed up on time, and answered all of my questions. So happy to have a working disposal again!

Landan & Alex were a delight, and were both very clear with explanations of the service. I’d definitely recommend them. Oh and give them a raise :-)

Jayce was awesome to work with, super communicative, transparent and detail oriented with his work. Jancen supported Jayce and did an excellent job. Would recommend him to friends and family.

No matter the issue, we’re always treated with professionalism and respect. Ryan was scheduled to check on the water connection for an outdoor sink. Within minutes he found that the faucet was simply plugged. Easy peasy. He then offered to check on any other concerns I had just because he was there. Great customer service!

+1
Black Diamond Expert Chris Sr. was helping me out again today. Had him unclog my toilet last Saturday and I noticed Weds night the tank would keep filling every 20 minutes, not for long, but long enough to wake me up during the night. I called today and Sr. was here, readjusted float valve and no more phantom fill. Thank you, again! Today (10/04/26) Dylan came over, on a Sunday morning (0800) and did a furnace maintenance to get ready for the fall and Winter. It is always nice to know that Dylan knows customer service skills and his HVAC tech savviness enough to put my thoughts and mind at ease, Also signed up for another year of BD coverage (sorry can't remember what it is called). I will need to contact about something electrical but all things in their own time:😉. Have a great Sunday!
