10/23/2026:  Adrian, Gaige, Floyd and Nic did an amazing job prepping and lining the sewer pipe after Alan and Chris scoped the line and found joints failing and tree roots.  Now I have peace of mind knowing that I won't have to replaced the entire sewer pipe.  All these guys were friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.

Also, Frank did an excellent job installing the gas sediment trap and drain tube that was missed on initial installation of tankless water heater.

I would highly recommend Blank Diamond! *****

06-20-24:  Spencer is outstanding!  He came out today to install the replacement tankless water heater.  He did an amazing job removing the old unit and installing the new unit, also fixing some issue that the initial installer forgot to do.  Spencer did not rush the install and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.  He was friendly and courteous.  No charge at all as Navien warranted the entire unit and Black Diamond warranted the install.  Way to go Black Diamond!!  Everyone is super friendly and helpful from the Supervisors, Technicians and office staff.  Will use Black Diamond in the future.

06-19-2024:  Stetson is awesome.  I called yesterday to have a technician come out and do the regular maintenance on my Navien tankless water heater.  They got someone out the next morning.  Stetson opened the unit and saw corrosion on the heat exchanger.  He contact Navien for the warranty and Navien indicated I had not registered it, however, I did in 2021 online.  Stetson got my unit registered and reported the defect to Navien to get the process started to have them review to either replace unit or the heat exchanger.  Unit still is processing hot water, so just waiting for the part to come in and be installed.  Stetson did not charge me today and put it down as a warranty issue.

Daniel was AMAZING! All of the techs from Black Diamond are great but Daniel was the most thorough and efficient tech I’ve ever had work on my home. I was anxious I wouldn’t be able to get my furnace running but he came up with a few options for me to get me through the season which nobody else has ever been able to do for me before. Before he left my house I had to peek at his name tag so that I could make sure I could request him again next time!

Edit: Daniel came out again to complete the quote I selected and went so incredibly above and beyond to make sure I would have heat by the time it got cold and got my furnace to the best place it’s been in years.
