Annual furnace tune-up, annual AC tune up, electrical safety inspection, and plumbing inspections are all included to keep your home safe and maintenance up to date.
Your Diamond Service Plan agreement can either be transferred to your new home, or to the buyer of the home you are selling. Your choice!
During regular business hours, the normal dispatch fee will be waived for any electrical, plumbing, or HVAC calls to your home.
If you have an after-hours electrical, plumbing, or HVAC emergency, you will pay a lower emergency dispatch fee as a Diamond Service Plan member.
HVAC Maintenance Included with the Diamond Service Plan
- Includes a 30-point inspection
- Inspect burners and venting
- Check temperatures and pressures
- Check refrigerant levels
- Inspect electrical connections
- Check drain systems and pumps
- Check heat exchanger for cracks and leaks
- Test safety switches
- Inspect controls and thermostats
- Annual AC tune-up with standard air filter change*
- Annual furnace tune-up with standard air filter change*
*Additional furnace or AC unit tune-ups are $39. Standard air filter only. Not all filters can be replaced under the tune-up pricing.
Plumbing Maintenance Included with the Diamond Service Plan
- Basic Drain Cleaning (Easy Access)
- Inspect all faucets and showers
- Inspect washing machine hose and drain
- Inspect garbage disposal
- Inspect sump pump and septic pumps
- Check dishwasher connections
- Check toilets and flushing
- Inspect gas lines and connections for leaks or issues
- Test and label emergency shut-offs
- Annual tank water heater flush*
*Additional unit tune-ups and flushes are $39. Tankless water heater flush is $79.
Electrical Maintenance Included with the Diamond Service Plan
- Inspect breaker panel*
- Inspect breakers, wire sizing, and connections
- Inspect outdoor meter
- Check that panel and meter are up to code
- Document sizes, condition, and capacities
- Check for arcing or overheating in the panel
- Inspect furnace and AC electrical systems
- Includes a free meter inspection
- Includes a free panel inspection
*Additional panels inspected for $39. - 1 bathroom vent fan cleaning
One-Year Replacement Guarantee
Black Diamond Experts warrants and guarantees to the original purchaser, that should Customer accept and purchase Black Diamond Experts’ recommended repair, such repair shall be free from defect in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for one year from the time the recommended repair was provided.
3-Year Parts & Labor Warranty
On all work performed if you remain a continuous Diamond Service Plan member.
10-Year Parts & Labor Warranty
On equipment purchases for full units, heat pump packages, package systems, meter, panel if you remain a continuous Diamond Service Plan member. Must have tune-ups performed timely and consistently.
